SYDNEY--()--Avoka, the Transaction Experience Management experts, has won the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA) and Australian Computer Society (ACS) 2013 National iAwards New Product category for Avoka Transact, a Transaction Experience Management platform which turns paper or static PDF forms into sophisticated digital experiences empowering users to do business whenever, and wherever, they want — on a smartphone, tablet, computer, or kiosk.

The 2013 iAwards ceremony, held August 8, 2013 in Melbourne, Australia, recognises, showcases, and celebrates the ‘best of the best’ information and communications technology (ICT) products and services honoring both companies at the cutting edge of technology innovation, as well as leading professionals across the ICT industry.

Avoka’s submission showcased innovative client solutions developed using Avoka Transact, in particular a solution developed with the Westpac Group, one of Australia’s top banking institutions. Westpac leveraged Avoka Transact to rapidly migrate form-based transactions such as insurance claims to the digital channel, making them available on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.

Avoka Transact will now compete with businesses from across the Asia Pacific region at the 2013 Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards in Hong Kong to take place in November 2013.
