Yokowo’s connector is SMD ready, allowing for faster assembly by automation. It can be assembled manually as well.
The system allows high tolerance absorption of ±0.5mm and is further characterized by its high durability of 3000 mating cycles.
Features include a low contact resistance of 18mΩ maximum after operation, a high current rating of up to 2A per blade and operating temperatures ranging from -40ºC to +125 ºC (LV214 PG19). Individual and 3 – 6 multi-pin contacts are available. A complete certification according to LV214 and USCAR-2-6 is estimated for the second half of 2013.
