NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group announced today that Wayne Milligan has been named the director of Special Services and Royalty Compliance. Wayne Milligan brings over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry to this position where he will oversee many of the music administration duties.

Previous to Tri Star, Milligan was the director of administration for the Big Machine Label Group (Taylor Swift, Tim McGraw, Rascal Flatts, and The Band Perry) and its wholly owned publishing company Big Machine Music (Justin Moore, Raul Malo of the Mavericks and Dustin Lynch). Throughout his career, Milligan has managed the administration, licensing, and royalty/audit services for catalogs of iconic bands such as Bon Jovi, Guns ‘N Roses, Collective Soul, REO Speedwagon, Skid Row, The Byrds and Nashville independent publishing companies Blacktop Music Group and Full Circle Music Publishing.
Milligan also brings with him specialized skills in music licensing for film, TV and brand advertising. He will concentrate his work on songwriter services, music licensing for film, TV and brand advertising. As Director of Special Services and Royalty Compliance, Milligan will also spearhead royalty processing and compliance auditing. Milligan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business degree from Belmont University.
