NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TOWN Residential is pleased to announce its second consecutive sponsorship of Dan’s A Taste of Two Forks, a culinary event taking place on Saturday, July 13th, 2013, 7:30-10pm. The event, to be held at Bridgehampton’s Sayre Park, will be hosted by legendary Iron Chef and TV personality, Bobby Flay. Fellow Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, who is the executive chef at Butter and The Darby in NYC, will act as emcee.
Now in its third season, this popular event is produced by Manhattan Media, the publishers of Dan’s Papers. It brings together the best restaurants and wineries from both the North and South Forks of Long Island’s East End in celebration of the summer and to raise money for a local charity, AFTEE (All for the East End). AFTEE’s goal is to generate significant new and creative sources of funding and organizational support for the not-for-profit organizations of Long Island’s East End townships.
“We are sponsoring this event because we support Manhattan Media, including its two seminal publications, AVENUE and Dan's Papers, and because the event fosters the businesses of the East End, which holds a lot of meaning and value for our Reps and our Clients,” said Nicole Oge, TOWN Residential Senior Vice President of Marketing. TOWN has offered the opportunity to attend this very special event to all of its Representatives.
More than forty premiere chefs will be presenting delicious samplings of their famous fare while local wineries offer a selection of tastings from several of the 30+ vineyards on the North Fork. The event sold out weeks in advance for the third straight year; more than 1,200 attendees are expected to be there.
"We are thrilled to participate in one of the finest events in the Hamptons," said Andrew Heiberger, Founder and CEO of TOWN Residential. "On behalf of our entire team we would like to congratulate Dan’s Papers and thank Bobby Flay for headlining this spectacular event."
