(www.iroko.com), announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares. All ordinary shares proposed to be offered for sale will be offered by Iroko Pharmaceuticals. The number of ordinary shares and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
