Easy Solutions’ multi-channel approach also assists customers in preventing cross-channel fraud with its fraud detection solutions, DetectID and DetectTA, as these solutions extend into areas such as call centers, and online and automated teller machines. Easy Solutions’ products are available for fraud analysts to use due to the rules engines and statistical predictive fraud models. Additionally, features such as risk-based authentication capabilities and responsive customer support were also included.

Easy Solutions’ products deliver cross-channel fraud protection across transactions performed on online and mobile platforms, as well as via ATMs, Point-of-Sale terminals, and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
