Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. Announces First Quarter 2013 Distribution

DALLAS--()--Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SXE) (“Southcross” or the “Partnership”) today announced that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution for the first quarter of 2013 of $0.40 per common unit. This distribution corresponds to the minimum quarterly distribution of $0.40 per unit, or $1.60 on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2013 to all unitholders of record on May 10, 2013.
