BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alden J. Bianchi, Practice Group Leader of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., will testify on behalf of the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) before a joint IRS/Treasury Department hearing on proposed regulations under the Affordable Care Act’s employer shared responsibility rules. The hearing will take place on Tuesday, April 23rd.
