BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Churchill Mortgage, a leader in the mortgage industry providing conventional, FHA, VA and USDA residential mortgages across 26 states, announced the addition of 16 new employees to its branches in Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington State, adding more than 150 years of combined industry experience.
In Brentwood, Tenn., Churchill adds Gina Mireles and Charlotte Jack as its newest underwriters, bringing more than three decades of combined experience. In addition, Lee Dozier joins as a home loan specialist, Karla Bailey joins as a set up administrator, Bradley Gore joins as a software engineer and Santiago Leon joins as a computer technician. Marcheta Claus also joins, bringing more than 15 years of experience to Churchill’s sales support team. Also joining in Tennessee at its Jackson branch, Karen Downs is its newest home loan specialist with previous experience as a mortgage broker.
In North Texas, John Jenkins and John Mills join as loan officers. Prior to Churchill, Jenkins was named by Nationstar Mortgage as “Manager of the Quarter” and Mills was a Top 5 producer with Chase Bank. In addition, with more than 35 years of combined industry experience, Michael Northway and Nancy Pierce are the lender’s newest administrative support specialists.
Supporting Churchill’s efforts in Herndon, Va., David Walker is the branch’s newest loan originator. With more than 10 years of industry experience, he will oversee the origination, processing and closing of VA and Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) loans to local borrowers. Also, Connie Ransom joins as its newest loan processor and Juliana Jung as its newest loan officer assistant.
Furthermore, Ryan T. Ryan is Churchill’s newest loan officer for its Gig Harbor, Wash. branch. Ryan brings more than two decades of financial services and real estate industry expertise.
