AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Virtual Bridges, Inc. today announced the hires of two new executives including Jack Angelo, vice president of worldwide services, and Todd Middlebrook, vice president of product management, expanding the company’s leadership team.
Angelo brings more than 20 years of experience in global services to Virtual Bridges, serving most recently as the vice president of network systems services at International Game Technologies. In this new role, he will oversee all services and support for Virtual Bridges’ award-winning cloud desktop and virtualization solutions. Previously Angelo served as vice president of enterprise solutions and services for United Devices and vice president of enterprise systems support for Dell’s server division.
A seasoned technology veteran, Middlebrook has spent more than 17 years bringing successful enterprise products to market. At Virtual Bridges, he will be responsible for global product management and development of Virtual Bridges' products, helping enterprises and managed service providers simplify desktop management and provisioning, improve security and compliance, and address cost containment initiatives. Previously, Middlebrook spent nearly 10 years leading multiple customer advocacy and technology management teams at Microsoft. He also held roles at IBM Tivoli as well as start-up, TorchQuest Inc.
“Jack and Todd are strong team players with great track records of success in their previous roles. They bring not only a deep understanding of their respective jobs, but also the real hands-on experience to drive measurable results,” said Sam Cece, CEO of Virtual Bridges. “Easy to use, affordable desktop virtualization solutions are in high demand. Expanding the team with top talent like this assures that we can not only keep pace with our rapid growth trajectory, but lead the way in bringing new products to market.”
Virtual Bridges fills a void in the market for managed service providers and other enterprises that want to share VDI infrastructure across multiple customers while retaining control from a central location. The company’s all-in-one solution eliminates the need for additional software, network and hardware costs, and offers on-premises, hosted service or hybrid delivery models.
