Deutsche Bank Appointed as Depositary Bank for the Sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipt Program of JSL S.A.

NEW YORK & SÃO PAULO--()--Deutsche Bank today announced its appointment as depositary bank for the Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program of Brazil-based JSL S.A. (JSL).

JSL is a leading logistics solutions provider in Brazil. Operating since 1956, JSL has more than 170 branches. JSL offers inbound and outbound logistics solutions and internal logistics and support in an integrated and flexible manner tailored to the individual customer through the following business lines: supply chain dedicated services, fleet management and outsourcing, passenger transportation, general cargo transportation and vehicle commercialization.*
