Who:	Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District staff will go over the new incentive program guidelines and the application process.
Why:	The Goods Movement Emission Reduction Program will grant millions of dollars to California truck, locomotive, marine, and cargo handling equipment owners this year. AQMD’s application proposals include funding eligible equipment for on-road heavy-duty diesel trucks (repower, replacement), locomotive (repower, replace, rebuild including retrofits), and rail yards (capture and control systems).
