LJUBLJANA, Slovenia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Users of mobile applications can now communicate with their apps by using facial gestures. Comland released the first library for facial gesture recognition on mobile platforms, which is opening the door to new ways of user communication with mobile devices.
Comland’s software for facial gesture recognition can now be included in any mobile application (Android, iOS and all other) that strives for a new level of user engagement. At the moment, users can communicate with their mobile apps by smiling, yawning, sticking out their tongue, and by shaking or nodding their head. Comland is currently working on more features, including eye blinking.
Since the release of the first application with facial communication, this form of user engagement has become an instant hit in the world of entertainment mobile apps.
