The new treat is made in-restaurant by hand-scooping premium vanilla ice cream between two of Otis Spunkmeyer’s famous chocolate chip cookies. The Hand-Scooped Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich is now available at all Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s restaurants.
