- Readiness Assessment. A new configurable Readiness Survey and companion Report that assesses and scores an organizations preparedness level, across definable measurement areas.

- Ad-hoc Reporting. Provides an easy-to-use query function for the user less experienced in report writing, as well as an advanced custom report feature for the more experienced report writer.
- Enhanced Emergency Notification. Includes demographic-based filtering of recipients, automated message templates, and broadcast of SMS-only message deliveries.
