LAKE FOREST, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pactiv LLC announced today that Pactiv Canada Inc. has acquired the assets of Interplast Packaging, Inc. (http://www.interplast.net). Based in Terrebonne, Quebec, Canada, Interplast produces custom-labeled Recycled PET (RPET) egg cartons for customers throughout North America.
