Among them includes Brad Klaas, named Global Head of Business Development and Alistair Martin, Deputy Head of PrimeOne Solutions. In addition, James Hogan has been named Head of Trading Technology along with Andre Augustine, Prime Services Business Analyst and Jozef Spiska as Head of Reporting Technology.

With over 20 years of experience in global prime finance, Mr. Klaas joins PrimeOne after running Western US prime sales and capital raising for BNP Paribas/Banc of America Securities and building the global securities lending operations at BGI. In his new role, he will oversee business development across the PrimeOne platform.
As deputy head of PrimeOne, Mr. Martin is responsible for running the prime and equity financing product teams, as well as helping to grow the prime brokerage and equity finance product offerings. Prior to PrimeOne, he served as head of global equity finance and prime IT business analytics for Barclays Capital.
Prior to joining PrimeOne as head of trading technology, James Hogan was a Global One developer for UBS, Barclays Capital and SunGard. In his new role, Mr. Hogan will be responsible for expanding PrimeOne’s processing and quantitative capabilities.
As a prime services business analyst, Andre Augustine conducts in-depth analyses of broker dealer securities lending and prime brokerage systems and continued product development in the PrimeOne product suite. Before joining PrimeOne, he held senior securities operations positions at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital.
Jozef Spiska, head of reporting technology for PrimeOne, is responsible for developing all aspects of PrimeOne’s human and computer interfaces. Mr. Spiska held project manager positions for a number of investment banks prior to joining PrimeOne including Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch, where his focus was on prime services and core prime brokerage.
All new team members report to EJ Liotta, and operate out of the PrimeOne Solutions office in New York City and London.
