Comcast Launches Nation’s First Tailored Triple Play Package for the Hispanic Market

Includes 300 Free Minutes per Month for Calls to Mexico or Latin America

Plus, to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and Mexico’s Mes de la Patria, Xfinity TV Is Offering A Special Collection of Films, TV Specials, Music, and Children's Programming Available “On Demand” for Free

PHILADELPHIA--()--Comcast, one of the nation's leading providers of entertainment, information and communications products and services, announced today the nationwide rollout of Xfinity® Triple Play MultiLatino, which combines MultiLatino TV video programming and services, the fastest high-speed Internet service and a phone service that includes 300 international minutes per month to Mexico or Latin America.

Available to new and existing customers, Xfinity Triple Play MultiLatino provides customers with one of the best packages in entertainment and communications, and reinforces Comcast’s commitment to the Hispanic community by providing new ways to keep connected. Both new and current MultiLatino Triple Play customers can use the 300 free international minutes for phone calls to landlines in Mexico or Latin America as well as access to discounted mobiles minutes (such as $0.10/min to Mexico).

Also, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month and Mexico’s Mes de la Patria, Xfinity TV will offer special Hispanic programming, featuring award-winning films, television series, music and children's programming that highlight a variety of Latin cultures. The special content will be available to Xfinity TV customers on Xfinity On Demand and Xfinity.com/LatinoTV through Oct. 15 at no additional cost.

We’re celebrating by offering an array of special entertainment selections available to every customer for free on demand, bringing to life the countries, people and culture that make Hispanics such an important part of this country,” Mendiola added.

Starting Sept. 15, Xfinity TV customers will have access to special programming On Demand at Top Picks>Hispanic Heritage. The Hispanic Heritage Month collection includes a wide variety of films from Cine Latino, Universal, Lionsgate, WB and IFC; as well as TV Specials and Series, Music and Children’s Programming (see below for complete list of content).

The company’s Hispanic Heritage Month lineup is part of Comcast's commitment to offer a wide selection of multicultural programming and deliver more choices to its customers through its XfinityTV services. Hispanic Heritage content will be available through Oct. 15.
