New Hyatt Gold Passport Promotion Helps Travelers Earn More Points toward Rewards

Global campaign encourages members to “Imagine the Possibilities” for their next vacation

CHICAGO--()--Hyatt Gold Passport® members can begin registering today for a new global promotion that brings travelers one step closer to their next vacation. From September 1 through November 30, 2012, Hyatt Gold Passport members have the opportunity to earn thousands of bonus points, which can be redeemed for free nights at any Hyatt, anywhere in the world.

Promotion Details

Members earn 5,000 Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points after their first five eligible nights and 10,000 more for every five eligible nights after that, up to a maximum of 65,000 bonus points. Points can be used for free nights with no blackout dates, room upgrades and more.

Additionally, Hyatt Gold Passport members with a valid Hyatt Credit Card automatically earn 20 percent more bonus points with their eligible stays when they register for the promotion. This means cardholders earn an additional 1,000 points after their first five eligible nights and 2,000 additional points for every five eligible nights after that, for a total of up to 78,000 possible bonus points under this promotion.

How to Participate in the Promotion

To earn Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points, travelers must:

  • Be a Hyatt Gold Passport member;
  • Register for the Imagine the Possibilities promotion from August 15 through October 31, 2012 by visiting www.goldpassport.com/possibilities;
  • Stay at least five eligible nights from September 1 through November 30, 2012 (nights are cumulative); and
  • Provide a Hyatt Gold Passport membership number at the time of reservation and check-in.

New members who enroll in Hyatt Gold Passport through October 31, 2012 will automatically be registered for the promotion.
