New head of NCC Construction Denmark

Klaus Kaae has been appointed as the new Business Area President of NCC Construction Denmark (STO:NCCA)(STO:NCCB) as ofJune 25,2012. He will become a member of Group management and report to CEO Peter Wågström.

Klaus Kaae has been serving as Acting Business Area President of NCC Construction Denmark since May 31, 2012, when Torben Biilmann left NCC to assume a new position at MT Höjgaard A/S.

“Klaus Kaae has played a strong role in the positive changes that have taken place in the Danish construction operations in recent years and is now being entrusted with the task of leading the operations in the future,”says NCC’s CEO Peter Wågström.

Klaus Kaae has held a number of senior management positions at NCC in Denmark since 1985 (in the then Rasmussen & Schiøtz) and is 52 years old. He holds a Master’s of Science in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.

NCC’s operations in Denmark include thebusiness areas NCC Construction, NCC Property Development, NCC Roads and NCC Housing. In 2011, NCC in Denmark had sales of nearly SEK 6 billion and approximately 2,200 employees.
