The 2012 Antiques Roadshow Summer Tour will be traveling across the country to six cities where they will host appraisal events and film for Season 17 of the series. EnservioSelect contents specialists David McCarron and Linda Dyer will be appraising items in several cities across the country this summer, starting in Boston, MA, this Saturday June 9, 2012.
About David McCarron - David has more than 25 years of experience as an appraiser and auctioneer for regional and international auction houses, including senior positions at Eldred's, Sotheby's, Boos Gallery, and most recently, Freeman's. He has been a regular appraiser on the PBS television series Antiques Roadshow since the show's premiere in 1997.
About Linda Dyer- Linda has more than 20 years' experience in evaluating, authenticating, buying and selling American Indian art and ethnographica. Ms. Dyer's professional activities have included appraisal in a variety of material including Eskimo, American West and Spanish Colonial art, related photography, books and fine art and jurying competitive exhibitions of contemporary works by Native American artists.
