PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Janney Capital Markets announced that it has appointed Jeff Woodford to a new post as Co-Head of Equities in an organizational change intended to provide additional leadership and support to the firm’s growing Equity Capital Markets business unit. Jeff will team with Tom Ferraro in guiding the Equity business.

In addition to his experience at Janney, serving as Managing Director, Head of Trading & Sales Trading since joining the firm in 2009, Woodford brings to his new role a strong record of client service and leadership that also includes 10 years with Citigroup.
