Cellebrite Empowers Retailers With New Point-of-Sale Tools at CTIA 2012

In keeping with the company’s mission to revolutionize the mobile retail experience, Cellebrite will introduce several new offerings designed to empower retail agents at the point-of-sale (POS) and provide customers with an unparalleled in-store service experience. In addition to the announcement of a new stand-alone Self-Service Point, Cellebrite will also unveil new integrations for its Touch tablet, including a partnership with Cadex for battery life testing and a partnership with Clover Wireless for access to a buy-back program at the POS.

At CTIA this year, Cellebrite will demo the following POS tools for mobile retailers:

 

  • Diagnostics Solution – enables the immediate identification and resolution of simple mobile device faults at the POS in retail stores
  • Buy-Back Program Integration (Partnership with Clover Wireless – provides retail customers with the ability to immediately determine the value of their trade-in device and receive store credit for its value right at the POS
  • Battery Life Testing (Partnership with Cadex) – adds battery testing capabilities to the Cellebrite Diagnostic Solution, helping retailers address one of the most common technical service issues
  • Self-Service Point – gives customers hands-on access to advanced services traditionally performed by retail associates, including the back-up and restore of personal contacts, data transfer and mobile app loading
