NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DIA FRAMPTON has joined The Fray on tour. As a special guest, she'll be supporting the group on its sold out U.S. run, performing at packed theaters and amphitheatres across the United States from April 24 until May 18.
FRAMPTON is coming off of a string of successful headline dates herself and the recent release of Red, her debut full-length for Universal Republic Records. On stage, the folk pop songstress delivers songs like "The Broken Ones" and "Don’t Kick The Chair" with impressive charisma and irresistible charm. There's a poetic power to her writing, and it comes across loud and clear live. You'll definitely feel it.
Just as she finishes up touring with The Fray, she'll soon return to headlining. The subsequent tour will hit numerous markets in the Midwest and the West Coast, giving the whole country a chance to experience FRAMPTON and hear Red. Tickets go on sale Saturday April 28th and information can be found on Dia’s Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/DiaFramps.
Since becoming runner-up on the first season of NBC's smash hit television series, The Voice, the troubadour has had quite a year. She supported her Voice coach Blake Shelton on a national tour, and she's seen continued critical and fan acclaim. However, the best is yet to come.
Don't miss DIA FRAMPTON with The Fray this spring.
