LITITZ, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (Susquehanna) (NASDAQ: SUSQ) has declared a second quarter dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable on May 18, 2012 to shareholders of record May 1, 2012. This represents an increase of $0.02 per common share, or approximately 67% over the previous quarterly dividend.
Susquehanna expects to release first quarter 2012 financial results on April 25, 2012.
