ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vista Equity Partners today announced it has completed its acquisition of CDC Software pursuant to the purchase agreement that was announced on March 20, 2012. CDC Software (The Customer-Driven Company™) is now a standalone company operating independently of CDC Corporation.

Smith. Prior to this appointment, Monte Ford was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at AMR Corporation. In this capacity Ford managed a very complex and diverse IT organization supporting over 80,000 employees and 300,000 passengers daily. Ford also held executive positions in IT at The Associates and Bank of Boston.
