(“Cadence”), a leading designer and manufacturer of a broad array of audio products for the automotive industry, recently signed a new distribution agreement appointing Teletouch’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Progressive Concepts, Inc. dba PCI Wholesale (“PCIW”) as their Central Region Distributor exclusively for the states of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas & Louisiana (the “Territory”). PCIW now carries a full line of Cadence audio products, including amplifiers, speakers, subwoofers, wire and component kits, enclosures and accessories for sale to approved dealers in the Territory.
