TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AudienceView Ticketing has appointed Michael Bryce as Vice President of Professional Services and named Gopi Balasingam as Vice President of AudienceView Managed Services, effective immediately. These new executive positions were created to meet increasing global demand for AudienceView’s ticketing and customer relationship management solution. In 2011, AudienceView added 38 new customers to its client list, which now exceeds 170 organizations, representing more than 550 venues in 13 countries spanning North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
Mr. Bryce is a seasoned technology executive with 17 years of experience leading technical teams to exceed customer expectations. At AudienceView, he will oversee the professional services team responsible for product deployment, client service and support, with primary accountability for customer satisfaction, operational revenue realization and services profitability.
With AudienceView’s hosting and managed services emerging as key growth drivers for the company, Mr. Balasingam has assumed responsibility for all aspects of the newly created business unit dedicated to the company’s hosted solution. He will work together with other business units to ensure AudienceView Managed Services continues to serve clients’ essential business needs and power their ability to innovate.

Mr. Bryce is renowned for his strong, customer-focused management style and track record of ensuring operational excellence, efficiency and scalability. His background includes a variety of senior leadership and executive roles with CGI, Bell Canada, Syndesis and most recently as Vice President of Global Operations for Redknee, where his responsibilities included all aspects of post sales operational execution. Mr. Bryce holds an engineering degree from the University of Toronto.

Mr. Balasingam has an inherent understanding of the AudienceView business and the global ticketing industry. Prior to this appointment, he was the AudienceView executive responsible for product deployment, hosting services and customer support. Previously, he held management roles at Amdocs and Casero Inc., with responsibilities including the roll out and management of mission-critical, software-as-a-service applications supporting millions of consumer users. His rich capabilities with the design and optimization of networking topologies and high-performance enterprise applications stems from past technical roles at Nortel, Solect and Casero. Mr. Balasingam holds an engineering degree from Carleton University, where he majored in Computer Systems.
