NEW HARTFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR) today announced Dr. Paul D. Nielsen will retire from the Board of Directors effective at the upcoming Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 7, 2012.
Commenting on Dr. Nielsen’s retirement, Paul B.
