Clovis Oncology Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

BOULDER, Colo.--()--Clovis Oncology, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLVS) announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed underwritten public offering of $75 million of shares of its common stock. In addition, Clovis Oncology expects to grant the underwriters the option to purchase up to $11.25 million of additional shares to cover over-allotments. All shares of the common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by Clovis Oncology.

J. P. Morgan Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, and Leerink Swann LLC is acting as co-manager for the offering.
