JackBe Expands Executive Team with New Vice President of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer

Software Industry Veterans Bring Expertise to Company’s Focus on Growth and New Market Opportunities

CHEVY CHASE, Md. & FREMONT, Calif.--()--JackBe, the leading provider of Real-Time Operational Intelligence solutions, today announced it has appointed Stacy McDowell as Worldwide Vice President of Sales and Elizabeth Edwards as Chief Marketing Officer. These two appointments represent JackBe’s commitment to strengthen its senior leadership team and position the company for continued growth.

Stacy McDowell joins the team to lead the global expansion of sales at JackBe, with a background that includes more than 20 years of senior leadership experience and proven track record for driving sales and services revenues for enterprise software companies. McDowell comes to JackBe from business intelligence (BI) software provider QlikTech, where he was the vice president of sales responsible for providing leadership and aligning revenue objectives with a strategic growth plan leading to the company’s first IPO.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Elizabeth Edwards joins the team to further align marketing with JackBe’s corporate business strategy. Edwards comes to JackBe with a multi-faceted background in software marketing with experience in managing international teams and developing go to market strategies and pipeline building programs. Prior to joining JackBe, Edwards was vice president of global field marketing at Metastorm (now OpenText) responsible for worldwide marketing programs for demand generation, online marketing, customer marketing and lead management.
