MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Compass Plus, an international provider of electronic funds transfer (EFT) and payments technology to financial institutions, announced it has expanded its Miami office by hiring Carlos Seer as a senior pre-sales consultant.
Compass Plus opened its Miami office in 2011 to increase new business efforts in Spanish-speaking Latin America and the Caribbean. The office is led by Juan Bustios, regional director of Latin America (Spanish speaking) and the Caribbean for the company. Due to the continued dedication of Compass Plus’ expansion and development in the Americas, Mr. Seer was brought on to increase region specific service for customers and prospects.
In this role Mr. Seer is responsible for establishing relationships with prospective clients and partners through participation in industry events and software demonstrations. He also assists with solution design and training of the Compass Plus sales and marketing staff based on the needs of financial institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean. He brings more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry to his position. Prior to joining Compass Plus, Mr. Seer was professional services manager for Latin America with S1.
