NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AlixPartners LLP, the global business-advisory firm, today announced it has hired three experienced profit-optimization experts to bolster the firm’s Enterprise Profitability-Optimization (EPO) Practice.
Said John Hoffecker, managing director of AlixPartners and co-lead of the firm’s Enterprise Improvement unit: “Virtually all industries today are struggling with how to deliver sustained bottom-line growth in an economy that remains lackluster at best. In this kind of environment, the margin for error is slim and the winners will be those that truly take a ‘whole-company’ approach to optimizing profitability. At AlixPartners, we have deep experience in comprehensive profitability programs, approaching all aspects of a business from the revenue as well as the cost side, and our team grows even stronger with the addition of these three recognized experts in the field.”
Said Patrick “Pat” Byrne, also managing director of AlixPartners and co-lead of the firm’s Enterprise Improvement unit: “Our experience indicates that many companies are leaving behind 25% to 35% in incremental profit potential that could be recoverable through targeted, improvement actions. Our data-driven, customer-level approach can give companies a window into their profitability like they’ve never had before, and with our unique QuickStrike® approach to rapid involvement, that window can be opened in as little as eight to 10 weeks.”

Steve Anthony, who is based in Boston, was most recently chief information officer at consultancy Charles River Associates.
