AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Photoreflect LLC, a new company formed by the owners of Imaging Spectrum Inc. of Dallas, TX announces it has finalized the acquisition of Express Digital Graphics (also known as ExpressDigital), including its Photoreflect and Labtricity products. Photoreflect LLC is represented by the principle owners of Imaging Spectrum, Darkroom Software, and Senior Management of Express Digital.

ExpressDigital’s Photoreflect and Labtricity products were created specifically for professional photographers and enthusiasts to provide a turnkey solution that automates the selling and printing of images for any-sized photography business. For sports and event photographers, studios or large corporate photo chains, ExpressDigital’s Photoreflect and Labtricity services have long been the solution of choice.

Sales, customer and technical support, and training for these products will continue to be managed by Photoreflect. Photoreflect will honor all existing maintenance and support contracts.
