NANTERRE, France--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jérôme Ronze has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Oberthur Technologies by Xavier Drilhon, CEO. Jérôme will be in charge of all finance, legal, tax and insurance matters. He will also be a member of the Executive Committee.
Before joining Oberthur Technologies, Jérôme was CFO of Sperian Protection, a company listed in Paris with 700 M€ in revenue, a worldwide footprint and 6,000 employees.
Having started his career at Schlumberger, and then Axalto / Gemalto where he spent altogether more than seventeen years, in France, South America, North America and Asia, Jérôme has acquired a deep knowledge and understanding of the digital security industry that will be a major asset for Oberthur Technologies.
Jérôme, 49, graduated from ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).
