DUBLIN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Wendy’s Company (NYSE: WEN) today announced it will transfer its stock listing to The NASDAQ Stock Market. The Company’s common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on Dec. 27, 2011, and will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “WEN.”

Company to Host Investor Day on Jan. 30
The Company plans to host an Investor Day in New York City on Jan. 30, 2012, at the NASDAQ Market Site in Times Square.
