Skanska (STO:SKAB) is selling the office property Forskaren 3 in Lund, Sweden, for SEK 310 M. The buyer is Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB, and the transfer will take place December 1. The transaction will be recorded in the fourth quarter.
Forskaren 3 comprises two buildings that were completed in 2009 and has a total area of approximately 11,000 square meters. The buildings were designed by Tema architect firm and comprise Lund’s first property constructed in accordance with the EU GreenBuilding program. The property is fully leased to software company QlikTech International.

Forskaren 3 is strategically located in the center of the research and development cluster in northeast Lund, with an excellent signage location adjacent to the E22 highway.
