CCG Catalyst Hires Two Senior Consultants Specializing in Risk and Compliance

PHOENIX--()--Phoenix-based CCG Catalyst, a bank consulting firm providing strategic direction for financial institutions, has named James Defrantz and Wes Ware as practice group managers and senior consultants to manage the risk and compliance practice of the company.

As specialists in risk management and regulatory compliance, Defrantz and Ware bring their more than 50 collective years of experience to CCG Catalyst, offering banks strategic counsel to help them improve risk and compliance control in today’s ever-changing regulatory landscape.

Prior to joining CCG Catalyst, Defrantz served as senior compliance examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, analytical manager at the Office of Thrift Supervision and a commissioned national bank examiner at OCC.

Ware served for the past 25 years as a senior bank examiner and fiduciary risk management specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, senior bank examiner and credit risk specialist in the discount window unit of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, and a safety and soundness bank examiner at both the Office of Thrift Supervision and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta.
