The VueZone Outdoor Shell enables users to remotely view, save and record real-time video of activity occurring in most outdoor environments. The outdoor shell is a water and tamper-resistant plastic case that is designed to easily enclose VueZone motion detection cameras. Perfect for monitoring front and backyard environments, such as gardens and activity from wildlife and pets, the outdoor shell resists moisture, while still preserving motion detection capabilities. The outdoor shell comes standard with its own screw-in mounting arm.
Avaak also announced two additional VueZone camera mounting options. VueZone’s Table and Ceiling Mount features a magnetic ball that gives users 360-degree camera positioning power. The new Window Mount enhances VueZone’s indoor camera capabilities, as the camera lens can now be easily positioned against window glass to view exterior activity.
VueZone is a system of miniature, battery-powered wire-free cameras that stream real-time video directly to Internet browsers on PCs and tablets, including the Apple iPad, iPhone, Android and BlackBerry. To access and view their cameras, consumers simply log onto their own password-protected my.VueZone.com account through their smartphone or computer to begin viewing, saving, and recording live video. Each VueZone system comes standard with motion detection, which incorporates the ability to sense movement occurring within 15 feet of the camera and triggers an email alert that includes a snapshot of the identified scene and a link to the video footage.
