Joining existing member Katie Davies, senior director at HSP, are Justin Smith, Arden Ng and Chris Davies.

Justin Smith, HSP’s senior director of Advisory Services, Americas, provides clients with practical advice for managing international expansion and operations. With extensive experience in a number of technical tax and economic consulting arenas, his specialties include transfer pricing, international tax and economic valuation. Prior to joining HSP, Smith was a senior director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax LLC in San Francisco, Calif.
As Senior Director of Advisory Services, Asia-Pacific, Arden Ng helps clients simplify the management and control of international operations, specifically throughout Asia. His areas of specialty include foreign entity set up and expansion in China, and he has significant experience helping technology companies with finance, human resources (HR), legal and other operational issues within an international context. Prior to joining HSP, Ng held similar positions with KPMG LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in San Jose, Calif. In his previous roles, he supported clients such as Google, Cisco and Oracle.
Chris Davies is director of Advisory Services and joins the EMEA team led by Katie Davies. He provides guidance to clients on HR issues rising from international operations. His areas of expertise include international compensation and benefits, international employment law, immigration issues and global mobility, among others. Prior to joining HSP, Davies was senior business development manager and international HR consultant at RSM Tenon in the U.K.
