Schneider Trading Associates Launches New Website and Social Profiles

LONDON--()--The trading and brokerage house, Schneider Trading Associates (STA), has yesterday launched its new website, www.schneidertrading.com, which now contains more information about its services and employees as well as its Professional Trader Programme (PTP) that has been helping people enter into a trading career for over twelve years.

In addition, those who are interested in joining the training programme, Schneider employees and traders around the world can start a conversation with the company through Twitter and Facebook; www.twitter.com/schneidertrader and www.facebook.com/schneidertrading. The social media posts include extracts from the PTP schedule, so that those who are considering a trading career can get a taste before they send their CV to apply.

Based in the heart of the City, Schneider’s PTP is an ideal graduate training programme for those who are just out of university as well as people who are looking for a change of career. The applications have steadily risen over the programme’s lifetime but Schneider believes that there are many more people out there, with the desire to become a trader.

Schneider hopes that its fresh approach to digital communication will help want to be traders find and interact with them on the internet, which could lead to a place on STA’s free four week initial course. If candidates pass assessments in this period, Schneider will offer them a fully backed position as a self-employed STA trader.

Matt Silvester, head of training at STA, said: “Schneider has been training traders for twelve years but as our programme is so well-liked by trainees we knew we could help even more people kick start a trading career by reaching out via a different channel. Having a presence on Twitter and Facebook means more potential candidates up and down the UK can ask us questions and get a feel for our course through posts. And when they now land on our website, either from a social network or a search engine, we’re confident they will find the information they require and make the decision to send us their CV.”
