G-Star 2011, which has gained a 20% growth in exhibitor attendance from 2010 with 380 exhibitors from 28 countries, will also mark the largest-ever participation this year. In addition to increasing an exhibition scale, the organizers will focus on offering a variety of contents that all Korean citizens can enjoy.
Exhibitors will showcase numerous games scheduled to be released in the second half of this year, and global leading game companies from the US, UK, China, and Japan will participate, proving G-Star as a truly global game festival.

To
provide better convenience for visitors, online bookings are first
introduced from this year, which allows a fast and easy entrance than
purchasing tickets at the box office. From now on, long lines waiting to
buy tickets at BEXCO Square will not likely exist. From October 19th
(Wednesday), G-Star tickets are available for online bookings on G-Star
website (www.gstar.or.kr)
or Interpark (www.interpark.co.kr).
In addition, a free-gift G-Star 2011 giveaway event will be held for
those booking online.
Measures to support various exhibitors to maximize business performance
Attracting 270 exhibitors from 27 countries, B2B Hall, which is designed to help the globalization of the Korean game industry, will be the largest-ever venue for business meetings and consulting to promote business tie-ups among companies.
G-Star 2011 is planning various business events to help maximize the performance of exhibitors. Especially, during the trade show, the conference rooms at BEXCO will be free and open to participating companies. As such, participating exhibitors can conveniently make use of the facilities to sign agreements and hold media day for introducing new games, especially which will be welcomed by small to medium-sized game companies as it can be a promotion occasion to journalists invited to G-Star as well.
Also, Business Network Party will be held on at 6 pm, Friday, November 11th at Busan Novotel Hotel, offering a gathering venue for domestic and international game companies.
G-Star 2011 that everybody enjoys
The opening ceremony of

people and display a variety of new games and provide souvenirs. On the
opening day (10th), due to this invitation event, the exhibition will be
open to the public one hour later at 11 am.
Career Fair for Game Companies in which 20 leading Korean game companies plan to participate will be held on Friday, November 11th in the same place at G-Star, providing good job opportunities to those interested in game companies.
The G-Star 2011 Social Network Games Seminar will be hosted this year as well following 2010, focusing on Social Network Games which is recently drawing buyout interest. The seminar will be held in two parts.
