Based on on the core values of Philanthropy, Education, and Fashion, Ultimate Face ® cosmetics, based in Austin Texas, was founded in 2002 by husband and wife team Gary and Laurie Spellman and has achieved considerable success in marketing its range of eco-friendly cosmetics in the US.
