PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:
Sodexo (Paris:SW)(OTCBB:SDXAY) completed today the acquisition of the French company Lenôtre, following approval by competition authorities.
Created in 1947, Lenôtre symbolizes the elegance and rigor of French luxury goods, embodied by its upscale gastronomy business: its boutiques, its reception and events activity as well as its three-star restaurant, Le Pré-Catelan.
Through this acquisition, Sodexo will develop its portfolio of Prestige activities in France and internationally and further develop its expertise in luxury gastronomy, enhancing its offering to clients.
Patrick Scicard, Chairman of Lenôtre’s Management Board since 1995, will continue to direct the company, working with his existing team.
