TOKYO--()--Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. (TOKYO:5802) (ISIN:JP3407400005) announced the release of its new T-71C Direct Core Alignment Fusion Splicer. This machine was developed on the basis of the concept of "ultra-fast splicing in every environment." While compact, lightweight, rugged and durable, the T-71C is capable of the fastest splice cycle time. Its touch screen display and remote technical support via the Internet enhance user friendliness, making the splicer simple and versatile.
