The alcohol is then released through a magnetic valve where it is perfectly aerated, while being quickly and neatly dispensed into the glass. When the button is released, the magnetic valve rotates back into position, creating a tight seal; now the Vinturi aerator is ready for the next pour. Additionally, the patent-pending Vinturi Spirit imparts no flavor or taints, so all that is tasted is a pure, intensified beverage.
