CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Brightcove Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC and Raymond James & Associates, Inc. will act as co-managers.
