Zynex, Inc. Appoints Compliance and Privacy Officer

LONE TREE, Colo.--()--Zynex, Inc. (OTCBB: ZYXI), a provider and developer of non-invasive medical devices for electrotherapy and stroke rehabilitation, neurological diagnosis and cardiac monitoring, announced the appointment of David Empey to Compliance and Privacy Officer.

Mr. Empey has been the Company’s Director of Regulatory Compliance since the beginning of the year, has over 25 years of healthcare related experience and possesses an in-depth knowledge of complex healthcare regulations and guidelines.

Thomas Sandgaard, CEO stated, “We have appointed David Empey to Compliance and Privacy Officer because of his extensive regulatory healthcare experience and his positive impact on strengthening our compliance programs. We believe that, through David’s leadership, we will continue to advance and improve our regulatory efforts.”
