Gray will work with the BuyWithMe team to help manage the company's fast-paced and aggressive growth plans, and to hire, train and retain the best talent in both existing markets and new areas of expansion.

Gray also served as Head of Human Resources and Staffing for Google’s North American Advertising Sales department, where he oversaw all people-related functions for Google’s US and Canada sales and operations teams (1,500 employees in 12 offices; $4B annual revenues) and helped restructure that sales force into a vertical expert model, a strategic cornerstone of Google’s success with Fortune 1000 customers.
