SÃO PAULO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global executive search and assessment firm Russell Reynolds Associates today announced the promotion of Renato Furtado in the firm’s São Paulo office.
Mr. Furtado is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Sector and conducts assignments for global banking and capital markets, private equity and venture capital, hedge fund, asset and wealth management, and real estate clients. His strategic approach to executive search has earned him recognition as a market leader in Brazil.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2007, Mr. Furtado was a Director at Citigroup, where he worked for 12 years holding various positions within their capital markets and banking divisions. He has also worked at Banco Nacional and Shell. Mr. Furtado is a member of Fundação Estudar and of Columbia University's Hermes Society, where he plays an active role in their recruiting efforts. Renato received his B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
